The Pagliai's Family - The employees of Pagliai's take a great deal of pride in their work and are considered to be part of " family". Many of our present employees have been with us for years and they often start as early as high school or college, and choose to come back and work with us. They become committed to the restaurant because of the excellent working conditions and the treatment they receive as employees.

Training - Our training philosophy is second to none. We offer comprehensive, easy to understand manuals, formula sheets and concise guidelines to all our new employees. This helps our staff find a solid foundation to work with. In addition, we offer intense personal training that allows for growth and advancement within the Pagliai's organization.
